The district of Gakenke was able to finish all gacaca cases of the 2nd category in time, in the 3rd category 5,118 cases have been finished and 2,699 are the ones remaining, and in the 1st category16 out of 184 have been finished.
There were 951 members of TIG that participated in different activities including digging radical terraces on 35 ha, digging natural terraces on 2ha, constructing roads worth 4.5km, and building 20 houses for vulnerable people.
